Book a Consultation
You’re welcome to book an appointment online using the link below. If you’re unsure which service you need or have any questions before booking, please feel free to get in touch.
Appointments are available in person at Sherwood on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and one Friday per month, or via secure telehealth for clients across Australia.
Face-to-face appointments are limited, with telehealth offering greater flexibility.
Booking appointments
You may find it helpful to schedule a few appointments in advance to secure times that work well for you. There is no obligation to attend all pre-booked sessions, and you are welcome to adjust your schedule as needed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice in line with the cancellation policy, as short-notice cancellations or non-attendance may incur a fee.
Before your first appointment
Once you book, you will receive an email containing a link to the Information and Consent for Psychological Services form. Please complete this before your first session.
If your referral is through Medicare, WorkCover, Open Arms, DVA or NDIS, please email or bring any relevant documentation (e.g., your Mental Health Treatment Plan, DVA referral, or WorkCover claim number).
Telehealth
Telehealth appointments use secure, Australian-compliant platform (Zoom). You will need a quiet and private space, a device with video and audio, and an internet connection. If telehealth is not suitable—for clinical or practical reasons—this will be discussed with you.
New clients
If you are a new client, booking an initial consultation will allow time to explore your concerns, discuss your goals, and determine the best approach for your needs.
