Fees

The fee for an initial 50-minute consultation is $300, and subsequent consultations are $267. Fees are payable on the day of your appointment by card or electronic funds transfer (EFT). HICAPS is available so Medicare and private health rebates (where eligible) can usually be processed at the time of your session.

Medicare

Clients referred under a Mental Health Treatment Plan may be eligible for a Medicare rebate currently $145.25. Please note that Medicare Safety Net thresholds may reduce your out-of-pocket costs after you reach the applicable threshold. Private Health Insurance

Some private health insurers offer rebates for psychology services. The amount and eligibility depend on your individual policy.

Open Arms, DVA, and Defence Referrals

Jessica provides psychological services for clients referred through Open Arms, DVA, and those connected to the Australian Defence Force. Fees for these services are covered by the funding body when prior approval or a valid referral is in place.

WorkCover Queensland

Clients with approved WorkCover Queensland claims can access psychological services with no out-of-pocket cost. Sessions require prior approval from the insurer.

NDIS

Jessica provides services to self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Standard NDIS pricing applies. Please speak with your Support Coordinator or Planner if you are unsure about your funding eligibility.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, may incur a fee equivalent to the full session fee.
